Before You Say, “I Do”

Before you can say, “I DO“ you first need to obtain a marriage license from the state of Florida.  Marriage licenses can be obtained at:

Monroe County Clerk’s Office
500 Whitehead St.
Key West, FL  33040

Cost: $93.50

The office is open Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but closed on legal holidays.   For further information on requirements visit the County Clerk's webpage.

If you wish to register as domestic partners you can do that at the City Clerk's office:

525 Angela St.
Key West, FL  33040
